Cement Supply Agreement

(a) In the case of manufacturing goods of the company, the company undertakes, for a period of two months from the delivery of the goods, to credit the buyer with the full price paid by the buyer to the company or to provide a replacement of the goods free of charge in the event that a material error or substantial transformation occurs within four weeks of delivery at the place of delivery indicated by the buyer for the goods of origin in each In the event that the goods have been accepted and paid. (f) If the goods are to be delivered in instalments, the foregoing is not motivated by the cancellation of the remaining payments and the buyer is obliged to accept delivery.
